Rocio is an urban development law specialist. She has participated in drawing up municipal planning frameworks and related plans. Within the field of urban management, she is an expert in founding and managing compensation boards, as well as in drawing up and registering reparcelling projects.

She undertakes matters that include assessing, managing and defending the interests of public administrative bodies and private individuals (appeals, administrative remedies, agreements, etc.). She also intervenes in contentious issues before the contentious-administrative courts.

Rocio has extensive experience in real estate contracts, particularly in matters concerning the buying and selling of land and buildings, land swaps, the establishment of real rights, declarations of new building works and the establishment of horizontal properties.
